Once logged into Content Central you have immediate access to the documents and work areas you care about most. Find yourself frequently accessing the same vendor folders, searching in the same folder, or needing a specific document? Just add a folder, search widget, or favorite document right to your Dashboard!
The New Folder Browser
Navigating to your documents is easy with the redesigned Folder Browser. Use the browser to quickly see related documents by customizable criteria like vendor or employee names, file types, or even matter numbers. With Content Central, you set the criteria so your document management system works for your unique needs – no matter your industry.
The All-New ‘Power Search’
Content Central makes it easier and faster than ever to find the documents you need right now. The all-new ‘Power Search’ feature uses a powerful Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology to make uploaded and scanned documents fully searchable – whether by full-text or by specific criteria.
Create Documents with Capture Forms
Users capture documents directly to Content Central using traditional upload methods like electronic or drag-and-drop upload, webservices or a monitored folder, and our DirectScan agent. Users can also create a document in Content Central with a fillable form and even share a link to the form inside or outside of your organization. Once submitted, the form will automatically generate a document inside the software and even kick off approval workflows or send notifications about the new submission.

Viewing Documents
Content Central makes it easy to review documents with an unmatched use of viewing real estate inside the software. That means users don’t have to compromise document preview size in order to see important metadata or index information all on the same screen.
The Action Drawer
Perform key actions with documents using the all-new ‘Action Drawer’ inside Content Central. The ‘Action Drawer’ allows users to quickly edit, check-out, share, email, download and more in a snap – right from the document preview window.
Related Documents and Packets
Using the ‘Packets’ feature inside Content Central, users are able to digitally staple or group related documents together inside the software, making it easy to quickly review, approve, and route related documents as needed. Content Central even identifies missing documents expected in a ‘Packet’ to ensure you never miss an important inclusion.

Whether you’re looking to reduce redundant data entry, capture content to or from other applications, view archived documents from another application, or capture data streams, Content Central’s simple integrations are the easiest way to get started.
